i ordered the digital deluxe, and i just checked my email: eastore sent a notice that my order is ready, and attached the codes for the game&content&card. maybe i won't have to wait until the 29th...

as for the download: i have a rly slow connection, still waiting for EADM to finish updating...

Yeah, I noticed this too. Kind of made me wonder why they even bothered putting in a release date check if they had no intention of actually allowing us to install the game before the release date.

mine said that they were included in the email, but the cerberus key field is blank, and there's nothing apart from the digital access rights serial :s

DDE from EA Store here (Finland/Europe). Got the ME2 key and DLC codes 4.5 hours ago, downloaded & installed the game already but no luck with activation. DLC activated just fine on the website though. I wonder what the exact date/time for unlock is though, since it is literally not mentioned anywhere. Not in the e-mails I received, not in EA Store site (actually the site indicates that the game is available NOW, which it is not), not in the unlock program and not in DLM.

Yup, this is the exact same situation I'm in. Got keys, activated DLC etc., installing game, though no luck with activating the game itself

Same here. I got the email telling me that the game was ready for preload, but I could only find the ME2 code by looking up the order details on the web. While both "Cerberus Network Activation" and "Collector Gear, Sniper Rifle, and Inferno Armor" are listed on the invoice, they don't have any associated codes.

German buyer here. I got the ME2 code and "Cerberus Network Activation" both as email and on the order details. But "Collector Gear, Sniper Rifle, and Inferno Armor" is missing at the moment.

It seems to me that USA and Canada customers didnt get their cerberus codes if they ordered the DDE through EA? Can anyone confirm or shed more light on this?

Well. I am from Denmark and ordered the DDE. I only got the game activation key. And none of the bonus keys. Also the date check fails even tho the order confirmation claims the game should be out today.... *sigh*

Same problem with EA store Finland. It seems more of random that some users got theirs and some didn't. I spent about 5 hours with EA customer support today and finally managed to get my ticket regarding the missing promotional codes (cerberus, inferno, collector's etc) to be handled by a higher level cs rep - will see what the answer will be whenever it arrives.

Just insist they generate you new keys. I got the same story with Dragon Age. Something had gone wrong and they where not sure when you'd get your key. The first person I talked to even said they could make new ones if I didn't get one. Second time I pushed until he generated me new ones, and I got them right away...

Please keep us updated!  I REALLY hope I don't have to deal with EA support lol.  Though I imagine that the codes will be emailed to us tomorrow and all of this is just pregame jitters.

I might be able to accept there could be differences between the various national versions of the EA store, but I find it a bit strange if two people from Denmark should have received different types of confirmation emails.
Are you sure you haven't overlooked the DLC codes in the mail? Mine were right below my address and email information, looking like this:

I have redeemed the second and third codes here on the community site. The first one looks a bit different, so I'm guessing that's the key for registering the game on this site, but the option wasn't available yet when I looked.

Now if only the damn activation server would allow me to play the game. I still harbor a tiny hope that that will happen here at Midnight (or later during the 26th), but I'm admittedly expecting it won't until the 29th.

Yeah. They are not there. There is only one code for the game. There is no mention of specific bonus codes. There is one section where the Cerberus Network key could have been. But there is only a blank space. But form how you write the codes it should be listed separately in a table (that is referred to in the mail. But there is no table)



As I said the exact same thing happened for me when I ordered Dragon Age DDE.

Well, it's past Midnight GMT now and still no luck on the activation, so I'm guessing us Europeans will indeed have to wait until the official release date Friday.

Though I'm sure I'll still be trying my luck a few times later, desperately hoping that perhaps it will activate through a US server .

The game is unlocked but I didn't receive any codes but the game serial from EA Store. No Cerberus Network, no DLC. Why does there have to be a problem every single time I order from EA Store? I contacted their support but no response yet. As of now I'm playing the game with no DLC at all.

Same here: ordered Digital Deluxe from Dutch EA store website, can play game, but no Cerberus Network, no armor sets, no DLC... also no soundtrack and other deluxe items. Can't even find out how to contact customer service from Dutch website... :/
