So I got the reading material, and all the wisps and the lazurite but the quest won't check mark the wisp and lazurite just the spec book from Viv, on my quest log. I'm freaking out since I've clocked over 30hrs so far and don't have a save file from before I accepted the quest for specialization. What should I do? Destroy the items and re collect them or maybe uninstall the game data and re install it hope that it will work itself out. If I have to start over I'll die

I think you have to go to one of those requisition tables and create the blade, then go speak to the trainer.
