I am still not found any possibility to add/change my atributes during the game?? For example Power.

 

How is this possible?

Passive skills raise your attributes. Active give you am ability so taking a lot of passive
Abilities gives you more points.

Power isn't an attribute.  It's a currency you spend on completing missions in the war room.  If you mean attributes like Strength, Dexterity, etc. you can't change them aside from picking particular skills that add to them.
