What should we do people? EA agent told me that despite all the proof I provided he has no tools and authority to grant me my content. Gamestop reps are only oferring refunds on the inquisitor box (which i am about to take as I am uber mad - they do not offer to send new figures that aren't broken or the Deluxe codes!!!)
What can we do to get EA to give us our Deluxe Edition DLC we paid for?

I was able to activate all of the promised digital content that accompanied my Inquisitors Edition. Of the extras in the chest, I really like the cloth map, the tarot deck, the blank journal (going to add plenty of franchise sketches on those pages), and the ink bottle & feather quill. The lockpick replica and the Inquisitors badge are nothing but cheap junk. The metal game case is okay, but I don't know if I will use it.
Sadly two of the map markers were broken during shipping, a result of extremely poor packing by the manufacturer. That heavy castle piece must have beaten the living **** out of the others in transit. There were two skimpy foam pieces inside the case and one thin piece of cardboard; none of which was to size? Given the sturdy plastic piece that was wrapped around the outside of the chest, it made **** all sense for Triforce not to have adequately secured the marker set inside the box it all came in?
