This is just a quick heads up to others that may be enjoying the game, but I did run into an interesting bug last night which initially appeared to be absolutely rage inducing - but wound up being a rather simple fix.  After over 20 hours in the game, this is really the only technical issue I have had with the game at all (PS4), but it was big enough (at first) to cause great concern.

For some reason, while out wandering in the Hinterlands and wrapping up a couple of the side missions, the missions suddenly broke.  I was unable to turn one mission in and, thinking that perhaps I may have just missed a prerequisite, I moved on to another one and had the same thing happen.  I could start the conversation with the character but there was no communication choices given.  I went to a couple more, and same thing.  ALL of the missions I had completed, were dead in the water and I couldn't turn any of them in.  Needless to say, after 20 hours of exploration and building my character, I was VERY concerned that I was about to lose all of that time.

Thankfully, after a quick save/main menu/reload of the game - all was made right again and I was able to happily get those missions turned in without further trouble.  Not sure if anyone else has run into this problem, but figured I would lay it out just in case anyone else gets it and is not sure what they should do.

As a side note: I also noticed that the auto save function in the game can come in much better use than the usual.  So far, it seems to make auto saves prior to major events that may lead to decisions which drastically alter the course of the game.  Not sure if this is universal, but it does seem to suggest that if you make a major decision in the game and decide that may have been a poor choice to make, then you don't have to go back too far in the game in order to change that decision.
