I ran into something I have no idea how to get to in Western Approach: http://i.imgur.com/UaOTf1l.jpg
It looks like a big floating golden chalice illuminated by a ray of light, but I can't find a way to get there. I've also never seen anything like it in the game before.
There's cliffs all around and the only visible access point on top of those cliffs is outside the zone. Here's the location on the map:
