Come on guys, which difficulty creates the best game experience?

I always try Bioware games on Nightmare.  I find that the difficulty enhances the sense of immersion.  And, yes, change it at any time.

hard has a challenge but isn't tedious. I don't have to reload all that often but I have to full pay attention and tryhard, and i sometimes get game over.

if you have to ask what difficulty to play on thats a good indicator you might want to start on the easiest and work your way up.

As someone who doesn't have a ton of time to game, I've been playing on Normal and it's been enjoyable. The non-scaling enemies help, as every once and a while I'll be mightily humbled by a mob way out of my league. Might kick it up to Hard.
