Problem:
your on the pc verision of Inquisition and your keyboard works fine in the game, but your mouse buttons do not work.
Known hardware experiencing this problem.
I have a PS/2 connected keyboard and usb mouse.
Solution:
From the Origin game manager application, click on Origin, then Application settings, then Origin in Game and uncheck Enable Origin in Game.
Also, confirm from Orgin game manager application, click my games, then right click Inquisition, then game properties, check disable origin in game for this game.
After I did the above solution, both my mouse and keyboard worked together.
