are in front of the door of the crypt of Valammar, I found three devices of the Dwarves, I placed the two great sides as I try to open the door, I get the message: THIS DOOR CAN 'BE OPENED ONLY BY A KIND OF MECHANISM.

anyone has a solution I also have this and bug?

It's not a bug. Your character has to turn the two wheels (holding F key on PC).
