after the fight with alexius and the cutscene, when we've returned to present time and i assume i am about to judge alexius the dialogue wheel doesn't pop up. there's nothing there. i can't save. the last autosave is before the fight. i'm completely stuck, in other words. can't do a thing.

Me too, also playing on PC.
Xbox players have reported same bug on another quest and have found a workaround: as soon as the scene starts spam X.
I'm stuck, really don't want to do the boss again.
