Is there a way to change or re roll my rogue to a ranged player to a duel weilding player after the game has started?
Changing from Duel Wield to Ranged, or Re Roll after Start?

The blacksmith has an item that you can buy that will reset your ability points and let you respec everything but your chosen specialization.

You may not really need to respec at all. Look at your weapon trees and you'll see that there are several skills in each that are not weapon-specific. They provide bonuses for *all* equipped weapons. So you're going to be dabbling in both trees anyway - depends on how heavily you specced in the first place. Only one or two wasted points - save the respec for later (though they are relatively cheap) - once you get your specilization you're likely to want to respec again anyway..
