1. During Conversations/Cutscenes the dialogues stops. Just doesn't continue unless you press "x" repeatedly, which makes you miss some of the conversations or scenes. So far, Talking to Dorian on Skyhold and the dialogue when with Hawke and Stroud to fight the Grey Wardens have been the worse bugs I've seen. Sometimes it does continue, but only after waiting for more than a minute but mostly very slow.

 

2. Redcliffe: NPCs up the trail to the burned down windmill are overlapping. (Seen when you first arrive). Also, the boats in the docks show Water going through them when they are supposed to stay afloat.

 

3. Issue with Elfroot. I had over 300 and then later in game, I had under 30. Might be an inventory bug when items stack

 

4. Random NPCs sink into the ground. Varric at Haven and also with the Soldier in your camps that gives you a requisition report (Crest Wood),

 

5. Loot and harvest materials go too deep into the ground, into a ceiling or wall that they cannot be reached.

 

6. Random game restarts, where the game is stuck on the load screen and then restarts itself.

 

7. Part with the Mage Rebellion path with Alexis. Same dialogue issue.

 

8. Dialogue issue again with talking to one of the Chantry Mothers who is trying to select a new divine after the Celene Banquet/ball. 

 

9. Auto saves are forcing my game to freeze my game before it goes back to normal.

 

10. Haven: The two guards having a conversation by the Trebuchets(sp) are both supposed to be men talking, but one of the NPCs is a woman.

 

11. After the Celene mission and you go to Val Royeaux--the North West Merchants that you see in the building--The newest Merchant not only has his head sunk into his body, but also has a woman's voice when clearly it is a male NPC.

 

12. The West-South West of where the Mountain Fortress Camp in the Hissing Wastes, you have floating carts and stones. One of the rifts in that area is also a good landmark. In other words, the area I am referring too is North of the Sand Crags Camp and just west of the Rift.

 

13. The Skyhold quest: Scattered in Skyhold--where you are supposed to find 48 books--three locations won't allow me to pick up the books. One is by Cole in the tavern, another in my character's room on the balcony, and the last stack of books on the third level of the forge building. This needs to be fixed.

 

14. After beating the game and returning to Skyhold after the credits, many of my companions and the scenery are gone. Throne and all. Only way I fixed it was by leaving Skyhold and coming back.

 

 

Will add more reports as I find them.

how about the.. crashing breaks all local saved games on the console bug. thats a fun one. Had it. It was great

I cannot switch between characters in my party while not in combat and sometimes when i loot items they do not appear in my inventory.

inquisition perk to carry more potions never increased i'm still carrying 8

Very often dialog options do not show on screen

Crashed to start screen 4 times yesterday all in the exact same spot on the western approach

10. Quarries and Lumber Yards are not marked at all on the map (Don't think this is a bug, but I just wanted to be sure). I understand the whole exploration thing, but it would be nice to at least make it possible to track where they are or mark the ones you found. That or make it a war table mission. 

 

 

there is an inquisition perk for this. forward scouts i think.

 

everything else though is a bug and ive had the conversation bugs in exactly the same parts you described

Yes, basically if this happens, if you go to settings (xbox one) System then "clear local game saves" It deleted all the corrupted saves, when you load up your game(s) it syncs from the cloud and you have your saves again. yay! but it was scary haha

ISSUE 1 - AND THIS ONE IS THE WORST

When I use tactical view - I can do everything just fine - assign orders, everything - But when I leave tactical view (im a mage) and whether or not I casted a spell or just told my mage to attack - I can hold RT till the cows sing and my char will only attack once. No constant, no nothing - I would have to keep pressing RT to attack one at a time 

 

To me, it feels like there is a script in the background trying to override my actions to auto-attack for me, as if I had selected my char to attack a target - but If I dont touch the controls my char wont auto-attack (if I didnt click "attack target")

 

The ONLY fix I found for this is after leaving tactical I have to move, just one step thats all and then I am good and can RT attack just like normal - it is VERY annoying because I rely on the perk to remain standing still for increased Mana Regen. 

 

Issue 2:

Unable to load cut-scene to judge

Issue 3:

Unable to select potions or any of the radial menu buttons

 

I was able to travel to another camp in the same area while my char was still in "combat mode" I had already finished combat a while earlier but never put the staff away due to jumping scanning etc. (which Idk if thats a bug or not, but my char will not "disengage" from combat mode unless im standing still or jsut walking without performing any other actions)  - I traveled to the new camp and was unable to select any potions, horse or any of the other radial buttons - they wouldnt even highlight.  Had to save and reload to fix

 

Issue 4:(unsure if bug)

In-Combat Hold position

 

When I assign varric and dorian to travel somewhere and hold postion they do so, but if for some reason in combat they get pulled in or "forcibly moved" they will move around - but going into tactical menu it still shows my hold position waypoint for them in the original spot - Idk if they are supposed to automatically travel back to this point or not.

P.S. I know that even while in hold position mode, characters will move forward if the target is out of range, but in this case the target was def in range

 

Issue 5:

 

Why do all my ranged characters bum rush a boss enemy and attack at nearly point blank range? (dragon)

 

Issue 6:

The same conversation "stuck" bug that others get

 

Have to hit x to skip 3 times (once to show the skip icon in the bottom right, then 2x more to skip whatever was going to be said - but it only skips one line of dialogue)

 

Issue 7: 

Same bug issue with crafting resources "highlighted from search" and being A. Inside a rock or unreachable or B. Easily reachable but the loot option never shows

Ah, Okay. I'll remove it from the list then and replace it with another few errors.

Just killed all the high dragons and the quest is complete. However my achievement progress says 9/10.

Added a 12th bug report on OP. Turns out there are a few floating wagons and stones for no apparent reason.

Possible spoiler, don't know how to hide

 

After the ball, after the "boss fight", I am stuck in the courtyard. No way out. Marker says to confront said boss, however the boss is already dead. I received XP, but am unable to do anything. Quit, reloaded, same after glitch spot. I could resort to the save file, but then I lose hours of the boring ball mission. Any help, advice?

No sound during combat and then when the fighting stops the sound from the fight will start playing.

No sound during conversations.

I had two bugs. One not so serious with Dorian dialog ( I had to click X button to get next dialog line), and the second with a War Table mision. When I choose mision when You have to find Dracolish mount, all my War Table misions timer changed to  over 3000,945 hours (?) to be completed. ( fortunetly console restart fixed this)

- Vases broken on multiplayer match can self-repair and then can only be broken by melee attack

Hi, everything imported correctly from the keep to xbox one EXCEPT for a bizarre gender swap of my Hawke. I have a mage Lady Hawke, and all other choices have been correct throughout the game, but when I encounter Hawke in the game, it is a *male* mage Hawke instead with no way to change him to female. I can still customize him, except for changing gender. I doublechecked my keep choices, and my Lady Hawke is selected and locked in.

I've searched the forums and found nothing about this, but did find youtube comments from a Lady Hawke DA3 Hawke customization video detailing the same problem. Has anyone else encountered this problem, or do you know of a thread that addresses this?

Glad I'm not alone.

I've also had an issue recently on my nightmare mode where Sera - I swap to her if my hero dies and she's off attacking random animals instead of the enemies attack.  This occurs even when I have given the command to attack my target.  Essentially, she is useless in my team.

I've heard folks talking about (and now I am dreading saving Bull for my nightmare mode) that even after fully romancing Bull, he starts a relationship with Dorian anyways.  Bioware wants to tease us or something?

 

Upon entering Val Royeaux for the first time, before the scout leaves, Cassandra throws a bit of a ****-fit about the way the Inquisition is being perceived, you are given greyed out prompts.  However, you do not have the option to hit the RS and select a prompt, and instead the conversation finishes without you and you are left to just do the walk of WTF.  I've had this issue across all 4 saves.

 

I have an issue with some mobs just forgetting we are engaged in an epic battle and they start running a long ways out before idly coming back to the fight.  They are not panic stricken or feared in any way.

Anyone else complete the Scattered across Skyhold book quest and still see the books after?  You can "take" them, but nothing happens.  They also trigger your scan.

I try my best to pester the characters EVERY time I come back to Skyhold, however, there are times when I will go to where they are meant to be and they are not there.  I can travel all over Skyhold, not find them, then come back 20 minutes or so later and Poof!  "We didn't go anywhere boss, swear."

The other issues, I can confirm.  Especially the dragon issue.  I'm marked as 5/10 on my achievement but I've actually killed 6.  To add to the issue with Skyhold after game ends, I walked into a different room and came back to something gone.  Left again, and came back to MORE gone.  There were two nobles in my main hall by the time I gave up, even trying to make my way to other places on the map and returning.  I figured it was a bug when the guy I decided to jump under the sheets with was also gone.  I mean, Cullen isn't a bounce and run sort right?  Finally, my issue with Hawke wasn't so much gender swap as... why is my slice and dice rogue using a bow during fights?  She was pretty useless like that.  :/

(This isn't a bug, just a little fit - why did I waste 15 hours on a mission about my Grey Warden for her to send me a stupid freaking note?  That was lame.)

This is one continuous bug for me. I have to make two saves to avoid this. One time I lost a chunk of gameplay where I had completed a very intricate Astrarium.  I am just wondering where is the game is being saved, locally or online via Origin, for I cannot play the game on Xbox One without logging into the Dragon Age Servers; one time it says the saves were corrupted because I couldn't sign into the Dragon Age Servers, but I was logged into XBox One (I had to log out of Xbox One and then logged back in order for me to access the Dragon Age Servers). When I did  login, only the auto saves where there, not my manual saves). This is an enigma to me. I wonder where is the game being saved for Xbox One; at times I would log on after a break from the game and cannot access my manual save, which are saved locally in my Xbox One, just the auto save.

 

Bioware, please look into this.

Playing With Fire - I summoned the demon and killed it, resulting in the xp awarded bar, but the demon just stood there afterwards, not collapsing or giving loot, and the quest would not complete. I left the area for the crossroads, and when I returned, the quest finally completed resulting in a loot drop.

I've had a bug related to the "Wicked Eyes and Wicked Hearts" questline. Playing as a female elf rogue if that's of any use to this. When starting the mission you are automatically equipped with the 'Formal Attire' and I've found that it actually deleted the armour, helmet and the two daggers I had equipped previously. Utterly gone. Irritating, but I didn't despair as I could always craft more. The worst part of this is still to come. After this I could no longer pick up equipment or loot treasure chests of equipment. There was even one chest that had an armour piece and several elfroots. I pressed "Take all" and the elfroots were no problem but the armour was apparantly too comfortable in the chest to be removed.

 

I'm going to try the mission again, this time going unequipped to see if that makes a difference but that particular bug would have been a gamebreaker if I didn't have a save just before the mission.
