My game is crashing to the Home menu after 1-10 minutes of play, I am about 25 hours in.  Browsing the net this seems a very common issue as players get deeper into the game - I had NO serious issues until this point (a few broken quest links though).  I have tried all of the trouble-shooting tips out there, including but not limited to:

 

1)  Clearing local saves

 

2)  Clearing the DVD cache

 

3)  Hard reboot

 

4)  Reinstalling the game

 

5)  Moving to a new zone, saving, exit and close, doing all of the above, reload.

 

This is SO wrong - the game is broken and needs a lot of work.

Just after moving my stronghold to Skyloft, I've been having issues with all of my cutscenes. Every time I leave a cutscene my game becomes somewhat frozen... As in, I can turn the camera, open up my Quest Map, and open up my adventurer's pouch, but cannot walk, or interact with anything within range of my character.
So far I've been solving the issue by opening up my World Map and fast traveling to The Hinterlands and then back to Skyhold, but it's becoming (and always has been) incredibly tedious and is really taking away from the pleasurable gameplay experience.

Lost two characters to the save corruption bug (wasn't online at the time, so no cloud backups). Lucky for me it didn't also ruin the save files for my other games. So far I haven't been able to even complete the game yet without this happening, so I'd put this into the "gamebreaking" category.
