Some people claim not to have this bug but I definitely have it. It is not a question of heavy vs. light enemies, seems univeral.

Man, the PC version is so buggy; not funny.

I am wondering if all the people claiming it works are on console or pc?

For me sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't, seems to be terrain dependant though, namely it requires a clean line of sight with no obstacles.

Clearly it is at least partially bugged. When is the patch coming out?

Works for me, wont pull heavy enemies but that is given. Also LOS.

Not everyone seems to have it but SOME do, including myself. As such it should be addressed and fixed.

Grappling chain doesn't work for me about 80% of the time, and I'm shocked when it does. There is no reason why it doesn't, and I've not seen anything about heavy or light enemies anywhere. I assumed it was that, but then one time it did work for what I thought was a "heavy" enemy.

No. Like the video shows, the difference is when the AI does it (you are not directly controlling the warrior) it works; when you control the warrior and initiate yourself it does. Spread the word far and wide so Bioware can fix this. I actually quit and deleted the character because I the bug ruined the gameplay for me. Love the idea of the ability but not when it does not work.
