I have an i7 4790 and Radeon R9 290 and I cant pass 20 fps for some reason. Many have reported having such problems though ofc not all
Don't get PC
I'm playing on PC, and have had zero issues, so your point is moot.
So...should I even bother on PC?

Auto attack is the most pathetic single mechanic ever to make it into video games. The old 'tactics' system was suitable for about 5% of intelligent gamers who knew how to set it up properly. It could be argued that this is more 'tactical' because you actually have to take control of each individual party member and pause the gameplay to issue instructions.
Much better system imo.
Knew how to set it up or bothered to learn it? It took me awhile to really look at it and understand what it allowed me to do, but once I did, it elevated my playing experience. Auto attack allows you to better watch the fight and see what you need to do. Aside from that, it's just annoying to have to keep clicking or holding down the mouse button.
