Ok so i have an invitation to meet with the mages but the only path i can find to the castle is blocked by a dragon, is there another way or something?
How to pass the dragon so i can get ro redcliffe castle?

You are going the wrong way, the path you are taking leads to an opening where you fight the dragon. From The Crossroads just go straight north. I think it's called Redcliffe Road.

This, just fast travel to the crossroads, then head out the road next to the merchant. Keep following it up into the mountains and you'll come across a keep/gate across the road, go through it, and you're almost there.
