Right, given that you mentioned £50, I can assume 2 things... 1) You're in the UK, and 2) you were ripped off by the retailer. However...
If the product you have purchased is "Unfit for purpose" in the UK, then you have a legal right under the Sale of Goods Act to return it to the retailer. You can't ask BioWare/EA for a refund because... well, they don't have your money. The retailer does. If you buy a Sony TV and it fails when you get it home, you'd march back off to Richer Sounds or Curry's and demand a refund/replacement. You wouldn't badger Sony on their forums about it - the contract exists between you and the seller, not you and the manufacturer. So if you think that the product you have bought isn't fit for sale (and the amount of well documented bugs, crashes, and missing features which were advertised as being in the final product does give a genuine case for a return-for-refund), take it back to your local cowboy game store, provide evidence of the bugs and breaks, and request a refund for a faulty product.
If you paid more than £39.99 for the 360 version, then your local game stores are ripping you off. Either that or you're in an area populated by village idiots who are fine paying 25% more than standard retail price for their games. Given that you thought that the FMV shots in the adverts (which were subtitled with "Not representative of actual gameplay") would be what you'd get on the last-gen console graphics, I'd probably assume the latter.

Bioware I want a full refund of £50 for this mess.
The pictures we saw in the advertisements are not at all the reality of the situation. The cut scenes and rendering are worse than on a gamecube. I can't even go on with the game because it's so bad. You should have made some effort to give last generation console users a decent game, not simply reserved it for next gen. Destiny has bearable graphics and few glitches for an Xbox360, so there really are no excuses. If they can do it, you can.
I gave it a shot after the joke that was DA2, but this is far worse. I'm disgusted and actually feel cheated.
It's a wonder it even works on last gen to be honest... the engine is pretty demanding.
My advice... upgrade?
