What's the impact of letting the architect live vs killing him in the keep?

 

Also, what about siding with Janeka or Larius?

 

I don't mind beind spoiled, so please let me know.

I'm not sure about the Architect, but Larius, and I assume Janeka, are referenced (they may appear depending on what you do at this part of the quest storyline, but I'm not sure) in a quest for Varric called "Well, ****" where you encounter a very important person from his past and go kill the crap out of some Carta and Darkspawn.
