Think those are called Valuables now. They can be sold from what I read on a loading screen in the game. But I wanted to search on google about them just to make sure I dont sell quest related items.

Unless it says research you can sell it. However go to the drop in tables before selling stuff anyway

On of them tables is in the room to the left of the War Room in Haven. Valuables doesnt seem to take up inventory space, so you can keep them until you are sure you do not need them.

I just sell all the ones without a tooltip, pretty sure there not used for anything unless they say so.

Ahh. The research table. Got it. And yes valuables seem to take up inventory space.
Hmm, maybe they do, just didn't notice it. I'll have to check that out.

Something I noticed with this. Some of the stuff needed for requisitions is not flagged as 'research item' but is in the valuables tabs (Spider Ichor is an example). So don't just go ahead and sell all those blue valuables until you are sure. You can always buyback, but its a bit of a pain. Would be good if items that count towards quests like requisitions could go in the crafting materials tab instead of valuables.
