Ok, i have a very specific bug. My pre order items are not available in the chest everyone claims they should be. I kept playing straight through the first act assuming (wrongly) that maybe they aren't supposed to be in the first chest, but rather in skyhold.
i was wrong. they aren't there either.
So my question is this. How do I fix this problem?
