switched to tactical mode per tutorial... had no choice. was able to switch to a follower, then never able to switch back to my own character. went back and forth between modes, every button combination known to god. if this is another bug im going to set this stupid game on fire. anyone else run into this problem? thanks

If playing on console, try using the d-pad and press up/down. Let me know if it works for ya.

yeah its bugged out on me once on PC.  Just save the game, exit back to the menu and reload.

wow it was that simple. two hours i've been struggling with this. thanks a million! i tapped d pad while not in tactical and they switch. nearly had a rage moment
