is this your first online game or something? Because literally EVERY SINGLE online game has some bugs at launch.
Just like EVERY major mmo launch comes with not only bugs, but also server queues. (And just like here, the forums get flooded with people acting like it's the first time it has ever happened)
Yes, experiencing these bugs is a minor annoyance.
no, the game is not unplayable.
No, you are not a special and unique snowflake.
no, experiencing a small handful of glitches in the online portion of a game that also contains an 80+ hour campaign is not grounds for a refund.
Christ it's like you're going out of your way to ignore EVERY ONLINE GAME LAUNCH PRETTY MUCH EVER so you can act like zomg this is the first time I've ever experienced a bug in a video game! Waaaaaaaaaah!
I'm 30 years old and the smoothest online game launch I've ever experienced was Rift. And even that was only -almost- bug free and -almost- balanced ... Pre-level 40. Where the beta was capped.
DAMP launch is FAR, FAR, FAR, from the worst launch ever so stop pretending that you've been cheated. Stop saying bioware "half assed" the multiplayer (they didn't, they wouldn't. ME3MP was a resounding success that bioware and ea would LOVE to replicate. Plus it's an additional source of revenue. They have literally NO reason to "half ass" it)
and stop flooding the forum with an infinite number of posts which are all complaining about the same 4 bugs. We get it. Bioware gets it. Ever heard of something called "patches"? They're coming. They will fix things. So either enjoy the game like many of us are and just move on when you hit a bug, or go do something else and try the multiplayer again after you download the next patch.
Copypastaing that you got stuck in the fade, couldn't move when zoning in, fell through the earth, or got no experience at the end of a match won't make the issue get resolved faster. Trust me, it won't.
And fyi: lag and rubberbanding are problems with either your connection, or your hosts connection. Bioware cannot fix that. They are not going to buy you faster internet or relocate you to a different country.
The game is fun, I play it every night, and I look forward to seeing how much better it gets over the next year and a half. Just like ME3MP did.
Tldr; too much crying. Go away.

If you don't like it here then why dont you go away instead of us? I understand that you are happy to be served up a half cooked meal, but we all payed full price for a finished game. Not one that needs months worth of patching to be playable.

because, using your analogy, this is not a half cooked meal.
just because you WANT it to be a half cooked meal, doesnt make it so.
like i said, i play the game every night. i RARELY experience bugs. of the ones brought up on this forum, i have experienced not being able to move upon joining a match twice and have disconnected from a game once. thats it. most of the time, it works perfectly.
as for the others who have experienced the bugs, move on or wait for them to be patched, which they will.
the problem is people like YOU who think that whining is solving anything. please, really please, explain to me in detail why you think that posting your tears on this forum is going to fix anything.

Wrong. I have been unable to play multiplayer due to the constant client freeze bug that exists after all players ready up in the lobby.
This is on two different machines (both more than capable to play the game, no problems in single player) in two different locations that are over five miles apart from one another.
I would not call this a minor annoyance.
ME3 multiplayer was much more stable at launch than DAMP has been in my experience. I'm glad you are able to play, but there are people out there, that cannot play multiplayer at all.

cool story bro.
welcome to being a vast minority.
your problems will be fixed, but you are honestly a VERY RARE case.
did bioware do their customer base a terrible disservice by releasing a game that a fraction of a fraction of people cannot play? well, according to any consumer report or analyst, the answer to that question would be no.
is the game COMPLETELY BROKEN because YOU cannot play it when so many thousands of other people can and do every night? nooooooppppeee.
if you make a new post every single day on this forum stating your problem, will that make it get fixed faster? NOPE!
so.
who wants to come here crying next? im ready.

Ahh BSN, how I missed thee...
Perhaps you should spend less energy and time worrying about how other people are expressing their frustration and instead go and enjoy your ability to be able to play without issues.
When I read the thread title, I only went in hoping for some giggles, and I have to admit, I got what I expected. Thanks for bringing back some old BSN spirit. ![]()

uwotm8?
I don't think you have experienced the full extent of all the bugs this multiplayer has to offer. Props to the writer of all the different error messages, there's always great variety.
And your argument boils down to "Well, every online game is **** at launch, why are you complaining?" Just because it has become standard business practice doesn't mean we have to like it.

the more we like it the worse it will get
imagine EA is sitting you on their lap spoonfeeding you heaping tablespoonfuls of diarreah and with every mouthful you thank them and tell them how good it is
that's the future of the gaming industry if we all think like you. metaphorical of course. well maybe at first.

1. You can't join matches in as a group. This is just stupid pre 90's multiplayer programming and that's being VERY lenient.
2. They designed it to be hard in a way that drives you towards the shop and it's so blatant it's laughable.
3. Only 4 skill slots. Thanks bioware. It's not enough that you made the single player game limited to 8 skill slots you made the multiplayer hamstrung even more because making people operate with clipped wings even further means we'll have to use your cash shop even more.
The design of this just smacks of Diablo 3 vanilla.
The designers have their heads stuck up their asses on this one and if it wasn't for the high production value of the single player what WAS my goty has this eye sore of a rotten worm in it.
Just absolutely unbelievable. I can't freaking believe there is a cash shop item store. <-----WHAT THE HELL? A multiplayer game has not been this bad since Hellgate London.

you're crying about microtransactions when those that do pay for em help give others free DLC.It should also be an obvious reason why there are only 4 skill slots. Too reinforce teamwork ,balance, and build variety. You're basically asking them to nerf the multiplayer difficulty. Which sounds like a l2p issue.

I've had one crash to desktop for no reason playing the multiplayer, otherwise it's as smooth as a baby's buttom.
My RNG gene went amok though, so accidently bought some plat but other than that I'm loving it so far, even when those damn Stalkers kick my groups collective behinds.
