I have:

• visited the book merchant and bought everything he sold.
• 20 Rashvine
• 3 Infused Primers

 

Missing the "Writing on Reaver Methods" which research suggests is found among Iron Bull's Belongings ... perhaps I'm being dense but where are they???

Turns out I had it all along - what I didn't realize was I needed to craft at the requisitions table ...
