I'm trying to find out if the Stormbringer passive works with flashpoint / clean burn / items with CD reduction/ gathering the storm - and so on.
The stormbringer passive does 300% damage to a nearby enemy every 15 seconds. I want to build a build around Stormbringer, so it is really important to know this. I currently dont have an effective way of testing this ingame 
Anyone able to test this? Trying to build a build around Stormbringer

I have Stormbringer and Flashpoint, and it doesn't seem to synergize. Flashpoint just gives you passive effect, until you use the active spell next time - doesn't work in any way with a passive.
I don't know about the rest.

Apparently Gathering Storm is bugged so far and doesn't work. You're right that Stormbringer says "Cooldown time: 15 seconds" even though it's a passive, and the Gathering Storm cooldown time reduction passive comes right after it in the tree, so they're clearly meant to work together. Hopefully they'll come out with a patch before you finish the game, it's ridiculous.

Is Gathering Storm bugged because it doesn't work with Stormbringer, or because it doesn't work at all?
