I have been looking around and I have yet to find any cheat/console commands for the PC version of the game. There was one report of some of the DA2 commands working, but that seems to have been disproved.
Can I please just get a "yes" or a "no?" Better yet, if "yes," could I get a list, and if "no," could you perhaps explain why you chose not to ship with any, or whether or not you'll ever enable them?
The console exists and seems to be enabled by default, bound to the tilde key.
However, it is very difficult / impossible to get a list of commands. The ones you can see (which will fill your screen) are all arcane and graphics related.
It's the Frostbite engine, so don't expect any of the previous cheat commands to work. There are a few websites that say they do, but that's because they're assuming that these are still using their previous Unreal engine + Bioware customization.
