I pre ordered mass effect 2 for download and have just been sent an email saying i can download it but it says nothing about if i can activate the cerberus network card now or when its finished downloading. It wont even tell me what my code is or if I even have one. Does anybody else have this problem or know a solution?

I only got a serial code, no Cerebus code. EU version btw. hoping they will send one once I can activate  the game.

I am also in the same boat. Got the DDE from the ea store and I only have the ME2 code. The cerberus and armour spots are empty. A clarification on when we will see these codes would be appreciated.

Same here. I had wondered if maybe the single code is all we were supposed to get, but apparently we are supposed to get more.

When I pre-ordered from Impulse it told me they would send a serial code on the 26th. Other stores may also not be sending any codes till release day.

I ordered DDE from EAstore, they sent 3 emails ~3mins apart. The last 2 had the codes for Cerberus and pre-order.
EDIT: They should also show up in your order details in EAstore.

For those wondering about where to input their Cerberus network key...



Boot up Mass Effect 2, then on the main menu screen look for the little "Connect to Cerberus network" tab on the right side, click on it and you'll be promoted to enter the key for it.



Keep in mind though after you are logged into it you still won;t have access to the down-loadable content until it goes "live" on Jan 26th.

"Digital Deluxe Pre-order" It clearly listed Cerebos and armors as things you get... They're in the receipt, there just weren't any codes.   (I'm guessing that'd mean DD standard?  Whatever $59.95 from EA got)

Lets hope so. But the mail was weird, It felt like stuff was missing as they talked about the codes and had area for the cerberus code, like they forgot to add it or something.

My email was funny too as it showed instructions for cerberus code but didn't have any codes. And didn't say anything about when they send them.

Hmm, then hopefully that's not the case. Dunno if it is related about the version you bought then.

Same problem here. It would appear to be a common problem. I tried sending a query to EA using that bizarre EA support question thing, but no response as of yet anyway.

I hope they will indeed send the missing keys later, but the email I got did have the ME2 code itself, just not the "bonus" ones. Why would they send that code, but then delay the other ones?

Aye, I as well got the game code, but neither the Cerberus or armor/gun codes.

Same here, no Cerberus Code, however I did get an inferno armour code along with my ME2 Serial (in seperate emails)

Purchased Digital Download, Standard Edition From EA Store.
