Cerberus network card EA store how do you get it!

Also there was another sentence where it said that since I had pre-ordered, I was supposed to get bonus-item codes and that they would be below(in the email). But again no codes.

I bought the downloadable Digital Deluxe edition.

Also no Cerberus or Pre-Order codes - only 1 email received with Game code - blank space where additional info should have been.

EAstore (EU) - Digital Deluxe Edition.

Have logged a support call via email with EA, no resolution as yet after 24 hours...

Yeah your right, i didn't think about it before but looking at my original EA email technically there were no Codes in it, I had to use the "Find my Order" link to get my ME2 code and it looks as though there should be a link in the email but it is "ealink:*bunch of gibberish*..." and the email ends there.  I then got a seperate email early this morning with my Inferno Armor Code.  I thought that perhaps the Inferno code was the cerberus code but it doesn't seem to work for redeeming in game for that purpose.

I also reserved the Digital Deluxe Edition in the Spanish eastore and yesterday I received an email with the game's key but not for bonus/cerberus network

I have written to the technical service and they have answered me that codes will be sent on 29th (EU) with the release

I pre-ordered the DDE from eastore.com and got no codes but the ME2 code. This makes me sad.

I just got my Collectors edition in the mail and I cant redeem my code for inferno armor, just keeps logging me out.  Please fix the site or whatever is wrong asap so we can all get our preorders like we deserve to. wth.

I'm also one of those who pre-ordered the digital version (standard from the EA store) and hasn't got a Cerberus code yet. I did get the inferno armor code and redeemed it here so that's fine but nothing on Cerberus code yet.

I just unlocked the game and soon after, maybe 5-10 minutes, I was e-mailed all the codes I needed.

Yeah so after reading a few of the threads here, I'm thinking that they will be concentrating on getting the Cerberus code working first (it appears that even those who have it can't get it to work properly). My thinking is that there is no point in getting the people who pre-ordered the Digital version through EA a code when we're just going to come back saying it doesn't work.

Until then the game is fully playable with out and if you've played Bioware games in the past I'm sure that your aware that it is next to impossible to get everything out of them in a single play through.

Nevermind, just got my Cerberus code in my email, so much for "My Thinking".

Starting to sound like they sent different mails to different versions, I bought the Digital Deluxe Edition from Finnish EA Store and the mail had a spot for cerberus code but the space after it was blank and the mail also mentioned there should be bonus codes listed in it. But there wasn't anything else except for the ME2 game key.

I contacted EA support about the issue yesterday, my CS ticket got moved to higher level of csr than the one in the livechat but it has been about 24 hours from that soonish and no updates from EA so far at least.

Yeah, although maybe I'm a little pessimistic but I don't expect anything than the standard "We can't help" reply. But will see. :blush:

I have the same problem. Got the standard DD version from the EA store. Got an e-mail with the key for ME2, but no Cerberus Network Activation code. ;(

Some nice news regarding the EA Customer Support on this issue, as I posted earlier my Digital Deluxe Edition from EA Store only came with the game key and every promo code and the cerberus network code were missing.



Roughly day and a half after contacting EA customer support in live chat (from where the issue got moved to a higher level CS rep) I got a reply to my CS ticket which included the missing codes. Now only if I'd know when the digital download for europeans is supposed to allow us to play (since part of the europe has release date on 28th and part on 29th).

Glad you got it sorted. I tried the live chat, but after waiting for 3/4 hour and getting to the head of the queue the chat session was immediately closed! Guess this says alot for how EA deal with their customers after taking their money!

My original email to support has gone unanswered since 25th Jan. Unless I hear anything back soon I think I will recoupe the costs from my CC company - quite blatently a breach of the sale of goods act.

As has been mentioned elswhere on the forums it's always the paying customers who suffer...

At couple of points I also had the session cancelled after the waiting period, but I noticed it seemed to happen only if I browsed on multiple websites that use the EA account login at once - then the customer service site sometimes automatically ended up logging you out during that lenghty livechat queue.

I preorder DDE @ the EAstore like most and received a registration key for the game.



I called tech support last night and told him essentially the problem of this thread and he gave me access to my collectors armor and rifle/DLC content...however when I log in Cerb network states that it could not validate the codes given to me by the techie and then when I enter my information it stated that it was already in use....



I also received the EAstore email with a broken link, and I have yet to receive any further details from tech support.

Been unable to use Live Chat all day, every time I get to the front of the queue it gets "Cancelled" - no response to my e-mails either. Still no codes for me.

same here, i've tryed to enter my serial -> "keycode already in use" but no cerberus network oO



lets hope on ea, but this looks not very professional
