Thanks Bioware for choosing such a poor partner in EA, you've lost another customer.
Guess I know how I will be obtaining my next Bioware release..

Bioware, please advice. EA aren't responding.
This whole DLC/Cerberus thing is an epic failure. I hope you're proud.

Mass Effect™ 2 - You will receive your Cerberus Network activation key and Inferno armor code in a separate email within 84 hours.
the problem is, if you start playing and do "everything" it takes about 30 hours to finish the game lol I remember I played me1 for days.
so our code might come 3 days after we finished the game

Trouble is I've already waited over 96 hours. In my book that means they've stolen from me. I've given them money, they've NOT given me the goods I paid for.

QUESTION
Why isn't my Collector's Edition of Mass Effect 2 granting me access to the Cerberus Network?
ANSWER
We apologize for the inconvenience, however a limited number of the Cerberus Network cards included with the Collector's Edition were inadvertently printed with the download code for the Collector Gear rather than the Cerberus codes.
The studio is currently working on a solution that will grant Cerberus Network access to anyone who redeems the Collector's Edition code moving forward. This solution includes a script that will retraocatively grant Cerberus Network access to those who have already activated their Collector's Edition code.

just got an email from ea also, it says they are still working on it :/

How much can you possibly mess with your paying customers? I'll think twice before buying a Bioware game again after the massive failures in launching both Dragon Age and Mass Effect 2. The number of issues and hoops to jump through is simply laughable.
Now give me that damn code. Just attach it to my account! you have all the info you need right here in the account system. It should be pretty easy, right?

The lack of Cerberus codes in physical retail boxes is appalling. Especially since they advertise it in big fat letters on the back. I don't even care about the DLC content as much as the principle!

Agreed!
It's also just as easy to attach all the relevant bonus items to the relevant accounts, we shouldn't have to input extra codes for stuff we've already paid for - Bioware you have the database, you know what everyone is entitled too - get your act together and sort this mess out...

now dear bioware, I just went off to see my friend who is playing pirated version of game and... he got all dlc stuff, CE, npc, quest, inferno etc everything with a simple copy/paste of 650 mb file. now that shows this cerberus key means simply nothing, only bureaucracy and wasted time. hope u got the idea.
thx.

So true. Only the paying customers get to deal with this crazy situation. Can't we just play the game we bought, with all the content advertised on the box? Is this really too much to ask? Without that tiny code that was supposed to be inside my shrink-wrapped box I can't access the Cerberus network and I can't get any future DLC.
FIX IT.

Hi There, checking with the store admins on the codes not coming in email.
Is this DD Standard or Collectors Edition?

Digital Deluxe versions where all codes are sent via e-mail i personally ordered mine from the ea store (I'm in the UK by the way) but my e-mail only contained my key there were no codes for any of the promo stuff at all even though the e-mail said they were listed above
Collectors edition issue is some codes were not correct when they were put in the boxes and is a completly different issue to the ones raised by the Digital deluxe version.

EA have now added the Cerberus, Normandy Crash and Zaeed to my account - after 5 days of waiting! However, for some unknown reason they didn't add the Collectors Armour & Assault Rifle, or the Incisor Sniper Rifle...
FFS can't they get anything right? What sort of monkeys do you employ at Bioware & EA ?!
GET THIS SORTED!
