You can still use the live chat, just have to watch the times they work, I managed to get all my codes by contacting an EA Agent through lice chat.

It's support.ea.com/chat . Don't get your hopes up though. After a 30 minutes wait, I got disconnected. Moreover, since it seems to be exclusively American, the rest of the world has to deal with the time difference. So I hope for you that you're living in one of the Americas. :)

Same problem as well. And I pre-ordered. Neither e-mail came through. Although I am a UK resident, that might have somehting to do with it.

Update.

After waiting over a week for responses to several emails submitted to EA 'support', I now have all the codes I paid for.

Due to the appalling lack of response from Bioware and the frustration trying to get an answer from EA 'support', I will never again purchase any DLC, or future products from either EA or Bioware. I know this will make no noticable difference to these companies, but I will not pay to be treated in this manner again.

There are plenty of alternatives.

Problems happen with any product, but it's how a company deals with the issues that defines it. A simple acknowledgement of the problems and a timely response is all that was required - if your arrogance couldn't provide either then I will not fund you further.

Same here, got the codes today. I'm really disappointed with the support. I understand that technical difficulties can arise, but at least have the decency to let people know you're working on them, instead of ignoring them and letting them jump through ridiculous hoops like that Live Chat nonsense.

I have opened two support tickets on the issue and haven't got a response in four days this far. How can they be unable to send the codes? How messed up does the system have to be? I'll be ordering Bioware games elsewhere in the future, that's for sure.

well no response for me so far. i guess i've been ripped off and i'm just better off pirating the dlcs since apparently buying the game doesn't seem to do anything.

I´m one of those who bought a a retail copy(new ofcourse to get the cerberus code). Was there any code in my box as stated? NO! . I´m not actually angry, more sad that I now have to go to the support just for a simple thing as a bunch of numbers.

Drummerhk-47, I bought the physical game as well, and while I actually got the leaflet, cerberus network... Activation//instructions etc., with info on how to activate the "account", the actual place for the code is blank. The area where it should be is just white with nothing in it.



I asked this on other topic as well. Am I missing something?

Well it´s good they are doing something. Sadly though I live in europe(Sweden) and we don´t have the chat live support, only telephone and email. But I have contacted EA through email and await their respond.

Ok guys i have the same problem. There is no Cerberus network card in my box. I live in EU and it is clearly stated at the back of the box that with this game will come unique code for Cerberus network.



I only have manual, cd-key and two dvd's.



Any solution?

Phone could be even better, but Email is useless at least reading other posts and what i got out of it in 4 days.

I'm living in Finland and the EA live chat works for me.

I got my problem solved by going into the chat.



Took about 30 mins or so to get in contact with someone, but it worked very well, and in the end problem was easily solved. Cerberus working now :)

Chat will work, but you have to take in to account that they are 7 hours or so earlier than us. Also, be prepared to queue several times. I got cancelled once it was my turn.

I got my codes yesterday, after I used the e-mail support on friday.
