After waiting over a week for responses to several emails submitted to EA 'support', I now have all the codes I paid for.
Due to the appalling lack of response from Bioware and the frustration trying to get an answer from EA 'support', I will never again purchase any DLC, or future products from either EA or Bioware. I know this will make no noticable difference to these companies, but I will not pay to be treated in this manner again.
There are plenty of alternatives.
Problems happen with any product, but it's how a company deals with the issues that defines it. A simple acknowledgement of the problems and a timely response is all that was required - if your arrogance couldn't provide either then I will not fund you further.

I got the same problem. Just got it solved 10 minutes ago in the EA chat support. It did take 10 tries before i got in, but at least i finally get in. Thanks to PaoloDrummerhk-47 wrote...
I´m one of those who bought a a retail copy(new ofcourse to get the cerberus code). Was there any code in my box as stated? NO! . I´m not actually angry, more sad that I now have to go to the support just for a simple thing as a bunch of numbers.

Well it´s good they are doing something. Sadly though I live in europe(Sweden) and we don´t have the chat live support, only telephone and email. But I have contacted EA through email and await their respond.

Took about 30 mins or so to get in contact with someone, but it worked very well, and in the end problem was easily solved. Cerberus working now

It might take a while to get through, but in the end I'd say that's your best option, friendly and quick when you get in touch with someone eventually.
