How to craft amour for a new class play the game get a few weapons etc (you should get at lest 2 per match if you do all treasure rooms +what ever you get in cheats) break them down into parts via salvage. You need 4 cloth, (mage) metal (warrior) and leather (rogue) of the same type +9 of the main armour type to create the armour to unlock it.
So to a Reaver you need to break down warrior items until you got 9+ 4 metal and 4 of cloth and leather. Though you might get lucky and get the reaver armor from a chest.
