Or am I stuck with what's there until 1 character uses all they have? I wanted to equip at least one person with grenades but I can't get rid of the regen potions and the third slot is still locked (not sure why?).

anyone knows? i want to change my 2nd option from regen potions to jar of bees but the game does not let me.

Not sure, maybe try placing the potion you want on the top of the one that you don't?

This, just click the new one you want.  It worked both time's I've done it

Yeah, just place another potion/bomb on position you want to change.

You can get third slot via Inquisition perks (or how is it called) - you can buy it for those influence points

u can't click. u need to drag.

Yep, I figured it out. The down side being, the potions you switch out disappear into the ether so you just wasted a bunch of materials.  Who thought this was a good idea???
