I have all the ingredients needed for the bottle of smoke. In fact I had them, except for the book, before I took the quest just from exploring. The only one that's showing as complete is the book. The rest say 3/3 and the bar is full but the marker next to them is still an outline instead of solid like the book is. Am I missing something?
