If your inquisitor does it then you fight and tame a dragon in the quest before the finale. Your character is also a servant of Mythal and Solas isnt very happy with what youve done.

I am curious as to what happens if the inquisitor drinks from the well. It seems as if Morrigan obtains the ability to transform into a dragon from that, how does the final battle play out if you drank the water yourself?

What happens with Morrigan/Kieran? I suppose the same events, except Morrigan isn't forced to Flemeth's will and probably expresses relief.

Pretty much the same. Morrigan tries to attack Flemeth but Flemeth uses you to stop her.

Now I really want to see how this quests goes if the boy is just an normal child. And about the effects of the well, is it permanent, or just during the events of the quest?

Does anybody know if this choice affects Solas's romance? All of the videos of it have a certain outcome I dislike, but they all chose to drink from the well themselves, also....

It was necessary. The OGB was a mistake. I've taken the Dark Ritual in nearly all of my playthroughs, but that kid was an import headache. Something had to be done about it.

I think this is most likely true. BW has made it evident they're tired of South Thedas and the characters we know, which I'd disagree with personally because it's much harder to have consistent quality and have people make an emotional connection across each game with a new batch of companions and a new protagonist each time but I digress. This is just another loose end tied up so they don't have to bring up Morrigan, her romance and her son again.

So...If I do this then in the end of it all my inquisitor is a Slave? How does that work for him in the epilogue? Does he still get to have his romance and whatever else happens or just say he is a slave to mythal and end it at that?
It's not necessarily as terrible as it sounds, at least within the bounds of the game. The only time it's actually brought up and exercised is when you enter the fade to find Morrigan and Flemeth uses you to stop Morrigan from attacking her (or vice versa). However something tells me it's going to be a pretty big element tying into the story of Morrigan/the Inquisitor in the upcoming games if they have a presence at all.

Have you seen the epilogues yet? If I become a servant to mythal and cassandra becomes the divine do they get a romantic/happy ending anyway? Currently at the well of sorrows trying to decide, I kind of want to ally with the elves

You get the same ending as far as I'm aware, yeah.
