That would be incorrect. I update my sheet daily. I just don't post an update unless I've added major items. Not everything on this document you can see (and for good reason). I track more than just equipment.

I'm not sure what you mean by "unique" but yes it's possible to get a Uni more than once. I've gotten Blade of Red Birth 2 times, Gift of Talons 3 times, and the Longbow of Griffon 3 times. Each duplicate have a slightly different DPS and base damage (the amounts were only about 5 pts different roughly).

 

The properties (bonus) and Item Level of the weapons were always the same. After opening two-hundred 1500 Gold chest and comparing my pulls to others reported by players, I can confidently say no it's not possible for a Uni to have varying properties/bonuses (if this is what you mean by unique).

Having an RNG produce unique weapons/armor sounds fun and great... in theory. It's a programming and balancing nightmare however. Eventually a superweapon or armor would be produced that would make a player/kit OP. You'd have to tally up all the available bonuses then assign them a "rarity" value, then adjust the randomness around that. You'd then have to run multiple tests to make sure there weren't an over-production of these "super weapons" and other unforeseen outcome that's going to tick off players because you've got to nerf their equipment.

Done. Force RNG to work in your favor, not against you. Unlock armor using tier 1 salvage (where possible). Horde gold till about 20K, spam store 1500 chest. Salvage unneeded weapons. Rinse and repeat. The payoff in the long-run when you have a ton unused premium salvage at your disposal for all your armor and gear. Patience is required.

What are the available craft slots for each of these weapons? I'll double-check the Pyre once the funboys stop screwing with M$. I've been having trouble staying connected.

Edit: My Pyre does 151 DPS with a Superb Spirit Rune and 68 Fire damage, so it appears that I already deducted for spirit damage. I'll double-check the base DPS if I come across another.

I'll key it in for now but flag the base DPS for review. However no it's not the highest dps staff. My pyre gets 151 composed. I'll have to check the other higher rated staves to know for sure which is the best.
