Hate? No.
Annoyed by all the bugs and glitches? Absolutely.
Kinda makes me happy I'm playing on a PS3. By the time I can afford a current-gen console, I'll be able to get an ultimate addition with all the DLC/patches.

The only thing I am not liking honestly is how the level up system is implemented, and the skill trees are too shallow if you ask me for the single player game when compared to Dragon Age II.
That all said, I think it's a good game. There are parts that I like, parts I don't, which is par for the course in most games out there. BioWare has yet to make a perfect experience, but they make enthralling ones.
This is enthralling still.
Although i have one question that might put this in perspective, anyone miss Dragon Age II yet?

I am enjoying DA Inquisition a lot. I prefer to value a game for what it is, without great expectations or nostalgia for the days of yore. If I don't like it I don't play it.
I'm absolutely loving this game, and am off to go play it some more ![]()
Your opinion is yours of course, but I fail to see how you can build up enough power to go through all of the main quests in just 15 hours?
Crashes were really annoying. I probably crashed over 100 times in my 51 hour playthrough.
The skill trees are really tiny. The first 9 hours or so I was just spamming chain lightning, frost step, immolate and auto attack lol. 9 hours and only having 4 abilities is kind of bad this ain't league of legends. It did make me play my party members tho, so I wasn't bored out of my mind casting Chain Lighting/Immolate combos over and over.
War Room was a cool concept, and a good way to sprinkle in some characters such as Zevran and Sebastian. But towards the end I had so many operations and they took so long to do, I kind of got swamped by them. It started out fun, but lost its appeal pretty quickly.
I liked all the companions. I thought I was going to dislike Cole and Blackwall, but they were probably my two favorite. Vivienne was pretty boring tho.
So many side quests. Although most of them were interesting / enjoyable enough to not regret doing them. Although the Exalted Plains was terrible. Everything in that zone was tedious, except the dragon she was really pretty and probably the best looking one.
I dunno I came into it pretty pessimistic after DA:2 and ME:3 and I think it was a good game. The crashes were really bad the first two days for PC, but I was so into the game it didn't stop me from playing, but it was frustrating.
I think the game is an 8 - 8.5 out of 10 personally. if they don't fix the crashes I'd knock it down another point or point and a half, but gonna give them the benefit of the doubt they will sort it out eventually. The skill tree is the weakest point of the game to me. The main antagonist had no personality at all either.
Doesn't seem like it. Although it could be the case here and there. I am playing it on Xbox One, though. So I am not having the issues PC gamers are having. No bugs so far.
I just find it hard to believe that someone with a medium end machine like myself is having no problems with the game but users with "ultimate PC machine" are having bugs and crashes galore.

bummer for you. On the PC have had no game stopping bugs. Performance has been pretty good as well on high to ultra settings. My big hang up was the quirky combat controls that took a few levels of getting used to but I am quickly adapting.

Uh I think it a driver problem. Total Biscuit was having performance issues and that guy has like 9 titans in his computer.
I can't help but wonder how many suckers cursed the sh** out of Druffy the druffalo when it seemed to decide to just play in the water rather than follow you to its motherflipping corral. Like, forget that there's level 12 monsters coming out of the sky near your location, you stupid ox thing.

Druffy was a boss for me, he killed the Rift for me when I was level 7 lol. He rekt those despair demons.
My only complaint would be a few bugs for the PS4 version. Sometimes dialogue just freezes when talking and you have to skip a few lines to get it going again. Otherwise, I love this game. It's my favorite of the series so far. I love that the world is huge, but you don't have to do everything if you don't want. Just enough to progress in the story. I really enjoy exploring the maps of the different areas and finding hidden things and secrets. I love the insane amount of customization possible as well, but I do wish I could spec my characters like in DAO. So far it has a solid 9/10 from me.
Au contraire, my friend. Having just finished Orlais mission,i am loving The Game.
Well, not Orlesian game, DA:I one. Story is enjoyable, companions are interesting ,world is huuuuuge and immersing.
Even crappy camera ,poor pc controls and few bugs don't spoil the fun.

really? i just ran straight through the ravine and he followed me.

The quest worked just fine for me, but I let him help me kill the rift since he couldn't die and did quite a bit of damage to the demons. His charge ability killed the despair demons in seconds.

No clue. But Bioware have said that they are adressing those bugs right now, so it is clear that they are there.

thats what i mean i had no idea he couldn't die so i ran through like a coward. hiding like a coward while my invincible druffalo did all the work would have been much more macho!

Damn, and here I went through that crap at level 10 for nothin' when I could've put Druffy to work.
I'm enjoying it. :]
I like the game enough said weldone Bioware
-hugs all the bioware staff- that cullen romance arc my me giggle and cry
No, actually, I'm quite enjoying it. Sure, the PC controls are a bit annoying and I've encountered a few bugs (nothing game breaking) but so far it's been a lot of fun. Can't wait for the story to properly unfold.
