So I acquire all of the stuff to complete the quest, go to the requisition table to make the hilt and what's not there? The schematic to make it. Why not? I also finished Blue vitriol survery in the mire quest and it wants me to complete the requisition but that's not coming up either. Is there a problem with my requisitons? Or am I just stupid and missed something?

And I now figured out what has happened. Buying the methods from the book store causes your recipe to disappear for some reason.
