I'm struggling to go onto the next step of the quest, I have resecued my team, and trying to get that draw bridge thing to drop down, have watch a few walkthroughs after trying for ages but I can not get the game to trigger it to drop down... What am I over looking haha!

Have you talked to Fionna in one of the cells? Not only do you have to recover all of your companions but you need to talk to her too. She's easily overlooked since shes practically part of a giant red lyrium crystal in her cell.

After trying for hours trying to figure it out I went back to a previous save and rescued all party members again, was well as found Fiona first go haha! Thanks for your reply
