I thought they had dispensed with this. But I remember a war table mission (something about Iron Bull killing either a qunari, a dwarf, or an elf. It was like 8 hours long so I decided to postpone it but I can no longer see  it now.)

 

Is it just a bug? Is there a war mission that "contradicts" it, thereby preventing it from finishing? Or are they simply timed?

 

(If so, can I get a list of all timed war missions?)
