I have completed my tasks to move on to the mission to go to Val Royeaux for the first time but when I try to do the mission it just says content installing, I have even uninstalled the game and restarted with a new character, it still won't let me start it. Same goes for the storm the coast mission I believe is the name of it. Can someone help!!!

I got it working on the PS4, but I prefer Xbox One, and have a bunch of quests done on there already. Anyone know if it's a disk or system problem?
