This is an unfortunate bug! I have romanced Cassandra to the romance scene but during the cutscene the game freezes up and I have to hit square like 20 times for her to talk again. My character doest speak at all either and its quite obvious that there is a bug happening. Has anyone else come across this bug? I've quit the game, reloaded saves and even turned my console off. Any information, help, or suggestions would be much appreciated, thanks.

It's not unique to Cassandra's romance, and they're looking into it. Current advice is to wait, as they'll respond eventually. Realize it or not, but by pressing square, you're actually usually skipping a line of dialogue every now and then.

Same thing happening to me. I would just back out of the romance but i aldeady turned my other options down. ugh.

It happened to me also. Not just in this scene, but other ones as well.

I had the same bug. i tried do other things and try again the bug keeps happening every time. They have to fix this.

It gets worse the further you go into the game. I won't ruin it but some of the best scenes in the game do this.

Just ran into this bug. the other glitches I've ran into have been annoying, but it didn't really effect my enjoyment out of this amazing game.
but this glitch has seriously gotten me angry. did they do any QA? I've tried resetting the game and that won't work either.

alright, update
at the part where it froze, I just decided to let the game play out. no skipping. no touching the controller, just letting it progress.
after about a minute it continued normally, and didn't bug/freeze at all. I wonder if this is the case for the other times it causes this glitch. so that's a little bit of relief. hopefully it helps you guys out that are also getting the glitch

this problem isn't isolated to cassandra, there are many other incidents where dialogue will freeze up and completely put the game to a halt.

Even though it really sucks, I've seen threads of glitches like this quite frequently so I would think that by now Bioware is working for a fix or at least aware that there is a problem. If major cutscenes are affected, I would think that this problem might be on the top of Bioware's list to do, so hopefully it gets patched soon
