Same here 10/12 pieces... May be we should wait Bianca to open the closed area in Valamar (Varric special quest)
We know where all of the pieces are, but we just can't get to one of them as it's glitched inside a wall.

Thanks Reedu, but nothing there that hasn't been discussed here a bunch of times. Please, keep the suggestions coming, though. If anyone does manage to get the 12th piece, it'll be a huge relief to a lot of us (with OCD, Aspergers, ADHD, etc.).

But many with Asperger's can and do have an issue with this. Not all individuals with the condition suffer from identical symptoms.
Thank you!
I have a new problem, unfortunately. Pieces that I didn't pick up when I found them have despawned, specifically the ones in the Templar Encampment and the Mage-Astrarium Cave.
Also, in one of my games the piece in Wolf Hollow was lying next to the crate on the second level, but that only happened once and hasn't happened again.
A little different issue I have here. Read my explanantion below before you respond to this next bit, I currently have 7/12 pieces of the fall and only 6 are found in the guide below.

The problem is by the guide I should only have, the crossed out ones, only 6. I have not been to valamarr or forest villa, nor do i have deft hands yet. So I know where 11 out of 12 are located, but I have not found any in wolf hollow or been able to get on top of the dungeon and look up there.
Where I found number 7 is the front right corner based on the front door inside the farmhouse where you get the irritating find the druffalo quest, I decided to rob the guy and found it. Can other people find this piece?
Edit:
I just got the piece on top of the dungeon for 8/12 and with known locations for the other 4, I can complete it once i get deft hands. Can someone with deft hands confirm this? I need 3500 influence to get the next perk point.
Edit 2: Disregard the above, I thought I got a mosaic piece in a previous playthrough in a mastercraft locked building but I must have confused myself over which building was which.

GUYS!!!! i dunno what kind'o damn miracle has happened, but i've found 11th piece after recruiting Blackwall near that house where the quest event was. now i have 11/12 and the only piece left, i suggest, is in the closed house on the farm. just need the skill to open it ...
The 12th piece that no one has is actually bugged into a wall in Wolf's Hollow as has already been confirmed in previous posts.
Quick question, all. Locations/regions in Exalted Plains:does anyone have all 21? Just checking my ocd before I scream bug. If you have all 21, was there one that was difficult that might be a good spot to look?
I know it's off topic but you are the type of completion is to that would know.
It's bugged, too. A lot of people only have 20/21, me included.
Thank you, Voragas. Just want to make sure it's something I missed after spending hours looking. On a funny note, I've found a hole in the invisible wall that let's you explore behind the castle in the northwest. If you stay on the west bank of river until you get to the damn under the long bridge, you can jump over it (and the running water) and land on dry ground to explore. It's funny because it's unfinished. The trees are 2d and the structures are goofy but a lot of land to explore including getting up the mountain with the tall wolf structure.

I've been around the entire outskirts of Exalted Plains using the dismount through invisible walls trick and there's no sign of the 21st region. And, yeah, there are some really funky areas. That bridge, for instance. If you ride across it, it will continue to appear as you move across it, popping the next section into existence right before you get to it. Likewise a bunch of cliffs and rocks along the western edge of the map. Also, lots of areas where you sink into the ground past the knees of your mount, but you don't fall all the way through. You can really tell it's an area you're not supposed to be in. ![]()
Also, if you get too close to Citadelle du Corbeau (the castle in the north) while riding your mount on the other side of the invisible wall, you will get teleported into the castle, still on your mount. ![]()

There is no 21st region I think. with a trainer I teleported every possible location on the map. Nada. I think I play DA:I in one or two months again. Perhaps they will fix it then! Also the mosaic piece! Funny thing is I wrote Prima Guides a mail about the missing 12th piece. The wrote back that EA is aware of it. I'm asking myself why the hack didn't they fixed it with the first patch? It can't be so hard to relocate a single piece...
Loaded up an earlier save game. The mosaic piece is still in the bugged location.
Guess we're SOL.
the jumping sucks hard on 360, ut if you are a mage, fade step can really help with the first jump.
aso, you can fall out of level. If you just jump into the small ridge beween the "roof" of that cave that you can see on the picture, you all but dont die-then you are UNDER the cave. But its nothing there, sadly.
Was done with waiting. When the Smith wasn't looking I took his hammer, several pieces of Drakestone, glass beads and a chisel and went to work making stick figures of some dark spawn, killer Nugs, a mountain troll (or maybe Sera), some Fade stuff and Corypheus turning a midden. Knocked a corner off and put it up on the wall. We'll see what Gatsi makes of that
Here's the full rundown of them with videos. Thought this might help if anyone is missing a few random ones:
If anyone makes it into the 12 mosaic piece location, can you try testing with Fallback Plan and Leap Shot? I've been trying to get into the stone the past 2 hours but can't.
Has anyone actually posted about this in tech support or something? I don't really consider technical support and bug reports the same thing but seeing as they have no bug reporting forum thats the best I can think of.
Not sure if this is helpful but there is a moasic piece at the Forbidden Oasis.

That's a piece of Freed Are Slaves. Unrelated to the Hinterlands The Fall collection.
might I ask where you were able to get behind the rock to get there? i've made it to the rock but I can't get behind it because of another invisible wall. one I can't seem to dismount through.
i am thinking if I could get into a position like that then maybe I could get close enough using regular attacks from my DW rogue. in another rock I was able to move using that, although after I would move back to where I started. maybe I could keep doing it until I am close enough and spam interact with it at the same time, hopefully interacting with it while I am still close enough
Try the mount trick. I wasn't able to see any mosiac piece when I was there. I couldn't get my mount because it will not pop in that area but I saw that it's possible from a screenshot.
yeah I managed to do all the steps mentioned before to get past the first invisible wall to get on the rock, but there is another when I try to jump down behind it. i've been getting my horse and trying to glitch down there for a while to no success. i am able to jump a bit further down the rock, but I am not right behind where the mosaic is if I go there and dismount into the rock, and the spot I could get to also was no good as I glitch through to the other side.
i think I know the position I should be to properly glitch in where pluvie was, just not how to get to it...
I'm thinking the last piece is nigh on impossible to get to. ![]()
I've gotten so close! unfortunately I don't know how to post a picture here, but I'm just a bit above it. i am going to mess around right now from here and see if I can get just a little closer.
edit: that was quick to fail. when i paused it I was in for a good while so I thought I was stuck, but after unpausing I fell right out ![]()
I think you have to target it quickly and make a snatch maybe?
Oh well, I may attempt it again when I'm in the mood.
