Was the mosaic over the waterfall removed? I finally got there and there is nothing.
There should it be, right? Not for me.

I know this is an old topic but I am replaying with all of the DLCs so I'm late to the game. The one I am not able to get is the locked house by the Redcliffe Fields camp. I unlocked the door, looked all around, and there is no mosaic in the house. Any ideas?

I'm not entirely clear on which one you're missing. There is one near the Redcliffe Farms camp, but it isn't behind a locked door. The door is just open. I just loaded an old playthrough where I hadn't discovered that area yet, ran up there and checked and the door was open and the mosaic piece was there.
Is this the one you're talking about?
Also have you seen this? About half way through there is an image shown on screen that maps the pieces on the wall in Skyhold to their respective locations and videos to find them.
Get back to me and let me know. I can help you track it down, just need you to be a bit more specific on what you're missing and where you're having the issue.

Yes, that is the one. I realized I only had one left and went through the list. The door was locked when I went there. I unlocked it but no mosaic.

Well if that is indeed the one, then that sounds like a bug of some sort to me. I know it is still there, on the PC, because as I said before I originally responded I went out and verified it myself. I wish I had a better answer for you. Do you have any other playthroughs will old saves where you haven't found that camp yet and can go back and check on one of them and see. That will tell you if it is a bug in the game or a something off with the playthrough. That's the best advice I can give atm. Sorry you ran into that.
