This is by far the best choice. What's better punishment for bombarding Sky Hold with goats than having to deal with tevs.

I love that almost everyone approves of the Avvar trolling the Tevinters. The one that made me giggle the most was Dorian's great approval. I can just imagine him reacting like "Well, that will certainly garner their attention!". And lo, afterwards I got asked by Josie if we wanted to ally with them or Nevarra for a quest.

 

I love the cutscene of the goat with the wall. Gets me every time. Idyllic scene of a goat grazing just outside skyhold, when suddenly another goat gets violently thrown at the stone wall. And the expressions on Josie's face when she explained what happened. The facial expressions and body language in the cutscenes are just great.
