I'm a two-handed Champion and the Counterstrike ability is always greyed out in my toolbar. I have plenty of Focus; one bar, two bars, etc. My Mark of the Rift power works just fine. Counterstrike has never been available for me. Is this a bug? What is the problem here? I've tried removing it from my hotbar and then putting it back; same issue.
Help?
