Recommendations for taking on Electric Dragons? I know they are weak to Spirit, but there's almost no weapons that innately do Spirit damage and I can't find any crafting materials outside runes that would allow me to build one.

Rift Mages also do direct spirit damage with Stonefist.

The Inquisitor's focus ability does spirit damage. You'll probably only be able to use it once or, at most, twice, but it's pretty useful.
