Where Lord Berand is the map wheel starts to pulse. The info given was gone before I could really see it. I tried the manual but it had no help. There is something to find there but I can't work out the pulse. I ping and I get the light and I follow it and find nothing. Is there a way to re-read those info bubbles. I'll try codex.

Keep pinging and walking until you're on the exact spot. It's either a buried item or hidden on a table, from my memory.
