At the end of RedCliffe Village (just before the Chantry), there is a loot that i have spent hours trying to get. are we not supposed to get that or if that is a bugged loot? no place to jump over those annoying walls.

I think thats a misplaced sack to be honest.
I spent quite a bit of time playing super mario around that area trying to figure out what the secret was too, there doesn't appear to be one.
I think its likely not supposed to be on that side of the wall, but the positional coordinates for it are wrong so it settles on the nearest mesh collider that it can be level on, its probably supposed to be on the same side of the wall as the chantry is.
