I'm at a complete loss. I am a fem human noble and I am like in love, 100 rep points, shes got her nug, and I can't do the deed. I shes all I need to finish the love achievments and I can't figure out what I've done wrong. I talk to her and I get 'about us' then 'i don't think this is working out' OR 'you're the best thing that has ever happened to me' or her stories. do I need to get a guy to do it?

oh trust me I have, heard hersing her song, went through all her stories, I have no new options.

Did you do her personal quest? That's often the problem with Lelianna, her personl quest is kind of hard to get sometimes because the option doesn't show up.



Save your game and try to get on her bad side. Dialogue and choose 'about us' and tell her it's not gonna work, i forget what dialogue option that is. Do it until the Spies from Orlais dialogue shows up. Once that's done, leave camp and come back and she should fess up. That will initiate a random world encounter with assassins that will trigger the quest.

i had the same problem with her. tried and tried and got nowhere. i even did her personal quest with the assassins and her old "friend". still nothing.. i think she's just a tease lmao

thats one thing I'm missing, but I haven't spent much time in denirum this go round. Guess I'll have to keep trying.

I've had trouble with Leliana, similar to what you describe. Basically I think the problem is that you and I got her to like us too fast. You have to make sure to talk to her about a lot of stuff and get the Marjolaine talk where she comes clean before you get the "are we friends or lovers" talk.



I've tried to romance her 3 or so times and screwed that up twice; only getting it to work on my most recent playthrough (and yes, I have patch 1.02) by making sure I exhausted all her dialog options as quickly as possible from the first time you meet her in the tavern.

I think you're on the path, just listen to her stories some more. Ask her about her past, esp. Orlais and being a bard. Leave and re-enter camp, until she "comes clean" as mentioned above by saying she didn't tell you everything before (bingo!), then travel through the world map and you'll soon have a random encounter ending with the baddies confessing they were sent by Marjolaine, then you can go confront them, and be on the happy path to romancing Leliana.

It wasn't until after I did the personal quest that the romance option came up for me, and it was, iirc, the second conversation after completing the quest.

Getting her approval too high too quickly by giving her gifts without really talking to her has been known to cause issues romancing her.



Finishing her personal quest and choosing the right dialogue choices can restart the romance if it's bugged.

so I probably screwed it up, but I broke up, and started more dialog, but I still havn't found the assasins. I may have to wait till my next play through.

If you still have her personal quest to do then it's not screwed up.



You can find the assasins in Denerim behind one of the doors right in front of you as you enter the city. Pretty sure it's the second door on the right - you have to walk up a bit to see them so just hold the "tab" key and look around...

ok, i got the assasins on the way to denerim, back to camp, got the marjolie quest, flirted a little bit, got back to 90 rep, appologized that I ended it, and now I'm back to square one. Not sure what I need to do now, whether I should go finish Orzammar or just travel around some more and see what happens. But I am closer then I have been.

Have you dealt with Marjolain? After doing so, talk to her in camp. If you're that high in rep, then there should be an option to ask her about what had happened. This will give you a chance to "harden" her (telling her she should return to her bardic ways) or let her continue to be a "good" person (tell her she's still a good person). After that conversation talk to her again. You should have the option to ask if she's feeling better about what happened. To get the romance going again, you need to ask "you loved her?" and at the end of that conversation track, say "I hope to be as special to you, as she was" or however it's phrased. This will restart the romance.

A quick addition:



You can't get the option to sleep with her, until she's firmly in "love" with your Warden. Next time you talk to her, once there (I think you might need to have 100% approval..maybe 90. I don't remember), she'll initiate the offer.

I finally got it. And a bunch more exp along the way sonce I traveled between the dalish and denerim so much I hit 4 extra fights. Thank you all for your help and advice!
