HI, this is maybe an easy quest for you.

 

But yesterday i overheard a conversation with an friend of mine and his pal, i heard that somewhere you can see the recommended level on the quest and missions before start, Is this true ? if so, can some one explain how.

You can see it only in the War room on the main story quest (afaik)
