DLC? Optomistic, much? Try 'Dragon Age 4'.

I heard that DLC storyline will continue where DAI left off here in the epilogue but can just be rumors. However, it would fit considering where this epilogue ends.

Ah, DA4 now has a potential for a great story. Hopefully, they will actually make it, and not turn DA-series into another online RPG, like they did with Old Repuiblic.

Could also mean, that the Dread Wolf (Solas) kills Mythal (Flemeth) to steal the essence of Morrigan's OGB from her.

yea this thought definitely occured to me, building a really powerful antagonist they are, IMHO NEVER count Fleming out, she also knew this guy really well and never would have gone into it without some escape up her sleeve, way too old and cunning not to

I really have a hard time to see Flemeth dead, so I still think he killed just one of her parts. But well, we'll see.

I only remember Morrigan telling the same tale about Fen'Harel in Mythal's temple. I'm really curious if Solas says something here if you bring him (guess I'll know in my future play). But there are hints elsewhere (for example, in his room, there are paintings of wolves).

What I want to know is if the person "Solas" ever existed at all? I want to know if Solas really did come from a village in the north and really did dream in the fade but Fen'Harel came to him much like Mythal did to Flemeth or is Solas just Fen'Harel in human form?

What would be really awesome is if Solas was a ancient elf who accepted Fen'Harel before the fall of Arlathan and then went into the "Eternal Sleep" and woke up when the breach happened. For some reason I feel this is most plausible but idk might be wishful thinking.

Just relized it is impossible for Fen'Harel to have woken up because of the breach as he is responsible for the orb opening it. So then another question remains, What after all this time woke him up?

This little scene alone makes my day. I really like how Solas was written. Can't wait for more!

I don't remember exactly what they said , but I had the two and they started to argue ...Solas was telling Morrigan she didn't know as much as she thought she did.

I had a dialogue wheel pop up and I was able to tell them to "find a room"...

Perhaps his Uthenara was only temporary. Maybe he literally is Fen'Harel embodied. All we know for sure is that he woke up and was much weaker than expected, then in a desperation move he gave his orb to Cory to unlock.

I doubt Solas ever existed. There is far more to this Dread Wolf than meets the eye.

It seems the elven "gods" were cruel and some of them may have been dragons.

At least when you find Falon'Din codex in the temple , it sounds like that.

Anyway Mythal fought her own pantheon , Falon'Din and Andruil (it seems she was at one point corrupted by the Forgotten Ones) at least.

And Fen Harel was supposed to be a god of rebellion , it's possible at one point Mythal couldn't control her children gods anymore and he helped her get rid of them.

I definitely can't count Flemeth out. She's just too tricky, and too popular, to be killed so easily. She recognized Solas as the Dread Wolf without him having to introduce himself. I doubt she would have allowed herself to be put into a vulnerable position without some sort of back up plan.

I could be wrong, but I feel like if it had been a 'true' death, they would have played up her being shocked and caught off guard by Solas.

Great scene at the end, with lots of possibilities. However, the main campaign itself was pretty underwhelming tbh... And the epilogue slides were pretty meh

I don't know if it's a coincidence or if it's just me but it seems every time I switch Solas into the party you can hear wolves howling in the distance

Still a better ending than Mass Effect 3.

I want to know why Solas gave his orb to Cory, I mean why him in particular. He could have given it to the level-headed also-original-magister The Architect to unlock. And what was the Dread Wolf going to do with it? And why was Flemeth touching the Eluvian? Where does it lead?

I wonder why Solas gave it to Cory, saved my life, helped me seal rifts, and laid the killing blow on Cory.
I figured he wanted to breach to happen sonthe while world could go to the fade. I thought the dread wolf made the fade but then I remembered he taught me to seal the rifts.

He most likely gave it to Cory out of despiration since Cory was the only living thing with enough magic and power to use it.

As for the other quest well we will have to wait for the continuation of the DAI Storyline.

Corytheus may be gone but seems the Inquisitor's powers may still be needed.

Solus and Felassan are clearly the same person, making the entity he was talking to in the Fade in Masked Empire likely Flemith. After all of this I believe Flemith freed him from his slumber with the intention of having him discover a means to open all the eluvians, thus freeing all the elven gods. Felassan/Solus refused to hand over the passphrase in Masked Empire and instead gave the orb to Corypheus so he could end run around the eluvians. Felassan/Solus took the old god power from Flemith so the Eluvians would never be opened, and he alone would be free, protecting the world from the rise of the Elven gods.
